Tiredness and physical pain led me to look for another place to take care of my health. I got to know Sabrina's work through the Vitale group, where welcoming through affectionate listening, a clinical gaze and guidance are present at every meeting. Sabrina brings us the practice of Swásthya, meditation and energy alignment as tools for connection and awareness. Her guided meditation took me to a deep state of relaxation, but it was with energy alignment, reading my field, translating the energy into words and giving me a mantra, that she took me to another level of self-knowledge and love for myself.

The practice changed my perception of my body, my breathing and my concentration. Exercising muscles I didn't even realize existed improved my balance and muscle strength. The abdominal strengthening improved my posture. By concentrating on breathing exercises, I was able to improve my respiratory capacity, improving my bonquitis condition. I had no flexibility in my legs, even though I walked every day. Gaining centimeters with each exercise, I can see the difference today.

Thanks to Sabrina for this healthy change, bringing me quality of life!

Sabrina has been my instructor for a long time. Before her, I had already practice several kinds of yôga, but Swásthya is the best for me: very complete, with ásanas, meditation, breathing exercises, relaxation.
